With only a delicate sliver of moonlight remaining, the stars take center stage, creating the perfect backdrop to release what no longer serves you and prepare your heart for the intentions waiting to be planted.
Our evening will begin with a heart-opening ceremonial cacao ritual, followed by a gentle guided meditation to quiet the mind and awaken inner clarity. You'll then be immersed in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls as the rhythmic waves of the Gulf become part of the soundscape, inviting your nervous system into profound relaxation and renewal.
